§ 15.08.040. Posting without consent.*

No person shall post or affix in any manner, paint or write or cause to be painted, printed or written a notice, advertisement or bill upon a post, pole, fence, wall or building, ledges or rocks without the consent of the person having possession of such post, fence, pole, wall, building, ledges or rocks.
