Revere residents, qualified by craft, should be part of and benefit from improvements
in the city of Revere, specifically those public projects including, but not limited
to, residential, institutional, industrial and commercial construction which are funded
by public funds.
Therefore, it is appropriate for the city of Revere to make certain that each public
project constructed with public funds as defined herein, includes employment opportunities
for Revere residents through compliance with the ordinance codified in this chapter
entitled the "Revere residents construction employment ordinance."
