§ 17.08.067. Adult use advertisement sign.

"Adult use advertisement sign" means an advertising sign or devise which advertises an adult entertainment use, adult bookstore, adult video store or adult motion picture theater and/or advertises the trade, rental or sale of material distinguished by an emphasis on matter depicting, describing or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined in Section 31 of Chapter 272, of M.G.L.
