§ 17.16.085. Family day care home.

A family day care home may be allowed only by special permit within the RA, RA1, RB, RB1, RC, RC1, RC2, RC3, NB, GB, GB1 and CB districts by the city council in conformance with the following minimum criteria:
A.

There shall be no swimming pools allowed on the premises where a family day care home is conducted.

B.

A family day care home shall register as a business with the city clerk's office.
