§ 1.12.030. Promulgation.

For the purpose of the promulgation of rules and regulations by any municipal officer, board, commission or department, the procedures used pursuant to the state administrative procedure law, Chapter 30A, General Laws, where in the opinion of the city solicitor, they are applicable, are adopted and incorporated by reference.
