§ 2.06.090. Conviction of sexual offenses or child abuse.

  • The city reserves the right to disqualify any applicant seeking employment with the city, if upon review by an appointing authority of the city it is determined that any applicant seeking employment with the city has been convicted of any sexual offense or violations of child abuse laws.
