§ 2.40.010. Creation of department.

In accordance with M.G.L. c. 43C, there is established a department of municipal inspections which shall be responsible for the coordination and management of the inspection-related activities of the city assigned by this chapter and for the coordination of all activities of all other city agencies in relation to any inspection services.
