§ 2.66.010. Purchasing agent and subordinates.

The mayor shall appoint a purchasing agent and an assistant purchasing agent. The mayor shall also appoint such employees subordinate to the purchasing agent as the mayor, with the advice of the purchasing agent, shall deem necessary for the proper performance of the work of that office. The appointment of the purchasing agent shall be subject to confirmation by the city council.
